Ulyanovsk did not have a Shul for nearly 100 years! Boruch Hashem, before Rosh Hashona 5769 we opened up our Shul. Of course, this had a great impact on the local Jewish Community. The next step is to build a kitchen & dining hall. We also plan on doing basic renovations in the rest of the building.
