Camp Gan Israel Ulyanovsk came to an end much too fast! The campers had so much fun every day, that the days flew by.

 

This is our third annual summer day camp.

 

Every day was filled with fun, laughter, games, friendships, learning, trips and more!!! For many children, this was the highlight of their summer.

 

Our methodology is that the children learn about our rich heritage through games and activities, where the children are having fun while gaining knowledge.

 

Every day had its own Jewish theme, which the learning, games, crafts, and even the trips, were based on.

 

Some of these themes included concepts such as Jewish identity, Shabbos, Kosher, Brachos etc.

 

The boys and girls also had the opportunity to memorize different prayers, blessings or other important Jewish phrases and they earned play money for it. On the last day of camp, we set up a store full of prizes, and each child was able to buy from the store using the play money they earned.
