Our women’s program “Jewish Home” was reopened on the 7th of Tishrei, for another seasonal year. All the women were happy to see each other again in the community. The first program began with a lesson explaining the deeper meaning of the holidays of Tishrei, that was followed by a lesson of how to bake honey cookies by Rabbanit Sara. The women received a very special present: a magnet with the Shabbos candle lighting times, which they can now conveniently stick onto their kitchen refrigerator!
