This past week nearly 90 people from our community joined in, to our family seminar/shabbaton, This was a unique opportunity for families to combine vocation in a nice hotel sorrounded by nature and wildlife, and learning all about shabbus, and Jewish Life.
the program began on friday afternoon with the guest playing various games, and contest to get to know each other, followed by Kabalat Shabbat, a shabbus meal, and a late night farbreingen!
Throughout shabbus world famous Russian speaking lecture, Professor Mr. Matsakh gave lectures explaining the value and life of various Jewish scholars and commentaries, encouraging people to learn Torah with the famous commentary Rashi.
Sunday morning every participant had the chance to be involved in planting trees in a garden that was named the Garden of Rashi”
