Two brave young people had a Bris Mila this past week. 21 year old Losha Mikhalkin, a professional athlete and a very active youth member of our community, was excited to do this important mitzvah. His new Jewish name is Avner. The other was a young 3 year old boy from the city of Dmitrivgrad, located in the Ulyanovsk Region. His new Jewish name is Moishe Eliezer, named after Moishe Eliezer Margolin, who spent several years in Siberia because he kept Yiddishkeit.

The Mohel, a well known specialist, Reb Mordechai Tzvi Solomon, is a grandson to Rav Moishe Eliezer Margolin, he flew in specially from basel to perform these Brisim.
