A new soup kitchen has opened in Ulyanovsk! More than 20 Jews enjoy a warm, delicious meal daily. The meals are prepared by Cafe Jerusalem. Some eldery people, who are home bound, recieve their meals delivered to their homes. This project is sponsored by the American Joint Distribution Committee.
