Sukkos in Ulyanovsk was celebrated in an amazing atmosphere! More than 150 people enjoyed an amazing simchas beis hashoaiva in our Sukkah. The event began with everyone shaking the lulav and esrog, then we had singers, games, a great meal and dancing. The meal was prepared and served by our new kosher restaurant “Cafe Jerusalem”. People were extremely happy at the event; the dancing and singing went on for many hours.

 

During the event, we gave a Jewish name to a young man who recently had a bris. His name now is Aaron.

 

In addition to those who attended the event, over 200 Jews came throughout Sukkos to shake the Lulav and Esrog.
